Personal Profile Rev Ernest Victor Asiako Aikins 1. Early life Born to Mr. Robert Benjamin Aikins and Madam Comfort Darko of blessed memory on the 10th June 1951 2. Schooling I hold a professional teachers certificate from Akrokerri Training College. I earned a degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Ghana Legion. Proceeded to acquire a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from University of Leicester, united kingdom in 2005. I am currently pursuing a diploma course in theology at the Life Bible college in Ghana. 3. Working life I started work as teacher at the Wesley College Kumasi in 1977. Worked in Nigeria as a teacher from 1978-85. After a short working period with the Ghana Education Service as a project officer, I took up a job with NCR as an account manager. I took up a job as the Chief Manager MIS at Ghana Telecom Heading the IT unit of the organisation from 1993 and ended up as the General Manager SLA in 2009 and following this, I Worked as the Head of IT at the Ghana Telecom University until retiring in 2012. 4. Christian life Born again at a crusade by Evangelist Francis Amoako at Asante Collegiate in 1983. Was Baptised in water and in the Holy Ghost at the Orile Agege Church in 1984. I trained as a church worker and taught in the Sunday School and eventually became the CFM president of the Church under the leadership of Pastor Akinkpelu. Married to Harriet Aikins on the 7th of May 1983 until her demise on the 21st of August 2017. I returned to Ghana in 1985 and joined the OSU church as a Sunday school teacher and eventually became the National CFM president. I was a member of the Central Executive Council of the Foursquare Gospel Church Ghana from 1988-1989 I was the Convention Committee Chairman for the year 1989 with the theme " Only be thou strong and very courageous" Joshua 1:8. I took up assisting duties at the Abeka Church in 1998 and eventually as a Pastor of the church until February 2016 when I was posted to Amasaman for pioneering work. Was ordained at the 43rd Convention of the Foursquare Gospel Church on the 2nd of December 2017. 5. Personal qualities I have unflinching belief in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Word of God. I have a personal belief that Jesus came to show us how we can be like him. John 14:12, Ephesians 5:1 6. I believe in more permanent things which are spiritual. 2 Corinthians 4:18. |

The church has made it its mandate Mathew 28:19 This was unanimously agreed on on the first Council meeting. Following that decision the church has regularly and consistently evangelized in the area to seek souls for the kingdom. When attempts to secure generic tracts from The Challenge Bookshop failed the Church developed its own Tracts and this has gone a long way to assist the process of evangelization.
